OTAA’s Kenrokuen Japanese Flower Bow Tie offers a stand-out accent to evening wear. In 1687, the powerful Emperor of Japan decided he wanted a magnificent garden for his castle in Okayama. He ordered the garden to be filled with rolling hills, flowing streams and teahouses. The garden was completed in 1700 and it became one of Three Great Gardens of Japan.
