Inspired by the Latin term ultramarinus, meaning beyond the sea, the Ultramarine pigment was imported into Europe from mines in Afghanistan by Italian traders. The fetching trim of the Ultramarine Classic Navy Blue Weave satin offers refined charm to the Pre-tied Bow Tie and provides a delicately balanced cut, hand-crafted to elevate your stylish ensemble.
The luxurious Blue satin thread is handwoven, cut and sewn, coming together in an intricately weaved pattern of diagonally stroked bevelling that catches the light and gives off a Horizon Blue shimmer. The patterning of the weave lends a finely textured surface to the body of the Bow Tie, which is pleasingly smooth to the touch.
